Obama Announces Action on Genocide Prevention
President Obama just announced a new directive aimed at strengthening the U.S. government's ability to prevent genocide and mass atrocities. This directive follows the recommendations of the Genocide Prevention Task Force, which was convened by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, with the U.S. Institute of Peace and the American Academy of Diplomacy.
